Leigh C. Elkins

So much thought has obviously gone into the first post being “Hello world!” in the WordPress blogging platform that it seems wrong to remove it completely. So, let’s stick with it, Hello World.

This, as you may have guessed is my blog, and if you hadn’t guessed my name is Leigh C. Elkins, the C. stands for Christopher, but that would be far too long to write all the time, and lets face it, a single middle initial gives off an air of nobility. Actually, on second thoughts, George W. Bush, I may have to reconsider my entire philosophy regarding middle initials….

Anyway, down to business. I am a website developer, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) specialist, CAD guru, Software Developer and all around tech geek. Aside from work, I am currently studying for a BSc in Mathematics and I am Director of Football & Marketing for Walney Terriers American Football club, as well as being the Offensive Line Coach.

Whilst I have previously flirted with the idea of publishing a blog, I have always found one excuse or another not to, well, not this time. The world wide web is full of useful information and tools that are freely available. I have myself benefited from some great information whilst learning the ropes in CAD, software development, website development and SEO, so I figured it is about time that I give back a little. As such I will be using this blog to share advice and possibly even some code from time to time, no doubt with a lot of ramblings about various things mixed in.
