Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To request a return, please email info@lece.co.uk with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions as soon as possible.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, returned with their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us promptly and include your order number and photos where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
