Available delivery methods, prices and current estimates are shown at checkout for your delivery address. We normally use Royal Mail.

Dispatch

Most orders are dispatched within one business day. Personalised orders may take longer if design work or customer approval is required. Any different production time will be shown on the product page or communicated before dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, bank holidays, severe weather and carrier delays can affect delivery. Tracking details are emailed where a tracked service is selected.

Problems with delivery

If an order is late, lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@lece.co.uk with your order number so we can investigate and put things right. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
