Refund policy

Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible, non-personalised products. Please contact support@lece.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order before sending anything back.

Personalised products

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned or cancelled because you have changed your mind. Please check all names, dates, messages, images and other personalisation details carefully before ordering or approving a proof.

This exception does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or different from the personalisation details you supplied or approved.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@lece.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help us resolve the issue quickly. Where the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Change-of-mind returns

Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and safely packaged. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage. Sale items have the same rights and follow the same eligibility rules as full-price items.

Approved returns should be sent to: Flat 2, 2b Combedale Road, London, England, SE10 0LG.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We aim to process them promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Order cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. If production of a personalised item has not started, we may be able to cancel it. Once production has started, a personalised order cannot normally be cancelled unless it is faulty or we have made an error.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
